AI Growth Specialist

We are looking for a creative and execution-driven AI Growth Specialist to join our Growth team in Ankara. In this role, you’ll be at the intersection of growth hacking and AI-powered efficiency. You’ll lead initiatives to leverage AI tools across the Growth team and other departments, driving smarter workflows, faster execution, and innovative growth strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Identify, test, and implement AI tools to streamline internal processes across teams
• Discover growth hacking opportunities using AI technologies (e.g., automation, personalization, data enrichment)
• Design and run rapid experiments to validate growth ideas
• Collaborate closely with product, marketing, and operations teams to embed AI into daily workflows
• Stay up-to-date with the latest AI trends and tools, translating them into actionable growth strategies
• Measure and report the impact of AI-driven initiatives on team productivity and company growth
• Lead internal training sessions to increase adoption of AI tools across departments

Requirements:

• Strong interest and hands-on experience with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Notion AI, Midjourney, etc.)
• Proven track record in growth marketing, product experimentation, or process optimization
• Ability to rapidly prototype and test new ideas
• Analytical mindset with a bias for action
• Medium-level coding knowledge (e.g., Python, JavaScript, or similar) to prototype solutions, integrate tools, or work with APIs
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Based in or willing to relocate to Ankara for an on-site position in the near futur
• Previous work in startups or fast-paced environments

Nice to Have:

• Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms
• Ability to document and teach AI workflows to non-technical teams
